In FitCamp - Get Motivated, you can practice under the supervision of a personal trainer or within group exercises.


Jumping is a dynamic fitness exercise on special small trampolines. During the exercise we combine fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints, strength elements and balance exercises, resulting in a perfect cardio workout. There are no challenging choreographies to worry about on the Jumping and therefore it is suitable for everyone. During regular trampoline workouts you will gain fitness, endurance and you will strengthen the muscles of your whole body. At the same time, it promotes rapid fat burning and therefore it is an ideal sport for body shaping.
Thanks to the combination of fun exercise, motivational music and regular movement, Jumping will become your favourite dose of endorphins – it will make you feel relaxed and improve your mood.
