REDUCTION TRAINING

Do you want to try a combination of conditioning and strength training? Group Exercise Reduction training is just for you.

Reduction training combines cardio and strengthening elements. Together they make a very effective tandem.

This combined exercise helps to reduce the excess fat faster, to maintain the ideal weight and a nicely shaped sporty figure.

  • The first part of the lesson is focused on reducing excess weight in the form of a coordinated, but intensive physical exercise;
  • The second part consists of a variety of exercises designed to strengthen the entire muscular system specifically targetting arms, legs and abdominal muscles.
