WEIGHTLIFTING

The lesson is designed for those who want to learn or improve the technique of weightligting  and are focuses on the:

  • Practice of the discipline of the Olympic Double
  • development of strength, speed, explosiveness & flexibility
  • strengthening the center of the body
  • prevention of injury

Squat school

The training is focused on practising and improving the correct movement pattern of the deep-squat training tool. It is proceeding in the sense of the concept of the Squat school, which represents the synthesis of verified didactics and methodology of practice and improvement of the squat. The training is focused on the acquisition of the deep squat technique and the acquisition of various variations of the squat training tool, with the intention of gradually putting these exercises into the process of developing fitness skills. In the preparatory phases of common preparation, the evaluation of the squat technique and the targeted error correction are supervised. After acquiring and improving the training tool, attention is focused on developing the level of strength, respecting the individual dispositions of the client, the athlete and with regard to the goals of his or her own physical and fitness training.

Weightlifting techniques

“Weightlifting Techniques” are a form of the superstructure of the Squat School focusing on training and improvement of special training tools and competitive weightlifting disciplines. In preparatory phases of common training is supervised the evaluation of the technique of performing special training tools and targeted error correction. After acquiring and improving special training tools and competitive weightlifting training disciplines, attention is focused on developing the level of special strength, respecting the individual dispositions of the client and taking into account the goals and character of their own physical and fitness training. The goal of developing training is not top-level sports preparation, but to innovate the client’s own preparation for comprehensive training and special development of selected physical abilities.
