I graduated from the first grade at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in the field of Conditional Training in Top and Performance Sports. I’m now studying the second grade.
When I was younger, I used to train in athletics and collective sports such as volleyball and basketball. Currently, I’m doing regular fitness training; CrossFit, weight-lifting and self-weight training. During training, I use a kettlebell, Bosu, TRX, and SM-system. I approach the training units according to the client’s target.
I can advise you on th e develop ment of fitness skills such as strength, speed, endurance, explosiveness and coordination, I can also help with body shaping, fat reduction and give you advice on eating habits and a healthy lifestyle.
