I am a graduate of a bachelor´s degree in coaching at the FTVŠ UK and currently I am continuing my studies at Master´s degree.
Movement is one of the few things which lets us forget about the everyday hustle and bustle of the big city. However, we have to sacrifice time and energy for it. I am glad that I was lucky enough to have been guided towards it from a young age, and because of that, I have developed a strong habit and discipline. This is what I would like to help you with, you who have the desire to change something.
I have been an active athlete since I was 8 years old. I offer a wide range of training such as martial arts (judo and grappling), free weight trainings, calisthenics (working out with your own body), SM exercises (improving musculoskeletal imbalances). Exercise technique comes first for me. As a trainer I also provide psychological support and motivation – I will help you lose weight, gain muscle mass, solve musculoskeletal problems.
I have a black belt in Judo and courses in “Judo for Kids (developing children’s movement elements with the abduction exercises) and SM Exercises course (a course focused on musculoskeletal problems).
