I dedicate myself to weightlifting. In training, I use kettlebell techniques and balance utilities. They serve to prevent injuries, but also for faster recovery after injury. I focus on the harmonic movement of the body. I have completed the following training courses; Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Blackroll, HumanSport, Core Training, Bad Motion Patterns, Core Level 1, Kettlebells and Bulgarian Bag.

As a personal trainer, I try to meet the individual needs and goals of the client. I like to encourage people’s motivation, determination and responsibility. These factors are important if you want to shape the figure (reduce the subcutaneous fat) or gain muscle mass.
