For 17 years I have been an ice hockey player, later I took up Brazilian jiu jitsu and wrestling.

I am dedicated to strength trainings and exercises to strengthen the body, I do not have any problem to prepare the individual in terms of fitness. I will be happy to advise you on setting up a diet or nutritional supplements.
